ENGLISH LANGUAGE FOR CAMBRIDGE O LEVEL (1123)

Cambridge O Level English Language is designed for learners who speak English at home or at school, at near first language level. The course enables learners to: develop the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and effectively when writing use a wide range of vocabulary, and the correct grammar, spelling and punctuation develop a personal style and an awareness of the audience being addressed. Learners are also encouraged to read widely, both for their own enjoyment and to further their awareness of the ways in which English can be used. Cambridge O Level English Language also develops more general analysis and communication skills such as inference, and the ability to order facts and present opinions effectively. The syllabus complements other areas of study by encouraging skills of more general application.

Started my teaching career as a visiting lecturer at the Social Work department and Khyber Law College, University of Peshawar, where I taught for 4 years. I am also familiar with and certified by the HEC to teach BS program. In 2019, I joined Rehman Medical Institute as a permanent English Instructor where I came into contact with the PNC-approved English curriculum. As part of my teaching career, I have taught core subjects Functional English, Report Writing, Academic Writing, Scholarly Writing, Incident Report, Technical Writing, and Edited and Proofread research thesis. Besides my teaching background, I am also familiar with Moodle APP, Campus on Cloud APP, and Zoom APP. In this regard, I have learned the APA Format. In the same year, I enrolled in the MPhil program and I chose Linguistics as my area of specialization, particularly in Discourse Analysis. I am particularly interested in Language and Linguistics.
In 2022, I joined Beaconhouse Newlands Islamabad and facilitated English Language and Literature for students enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program.
